Privacy policy

The short version
Your diary, profile and meal photos are private to your account. We use your data only to provide Cifrx Track, operate the service safely, and process meal estimates you request. We do not sell personal information.
Information we process
We process your account email, optional display name, age-related profile details, measurements, goals, weight entries, food diary, meal photos, corrections and technical security events. Voice recordings are used only to create a transcript and are deleted immediately after processing.
AI and nutrition providers
When you request an analysis, short-lived links to the selected meal photos and the context you provide are sent to Groq. Recognised food descriptions may be matched with USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. Your account identity and body measurements are not included in those meal-analysis prompts.
Storage and retention
Application data and private images are stored with Supabase in the EU. Images remain until you delete their meal or your account. Temporary uploads are automatically cleaned up. Vercel runs the web application and its server functions.
Your choices
You can correct or delete meals, change your profile and goals, and permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your application records and private media. For access or correction requests that cannot be completed in the app, contact the service owner.
Age and wellbeing
Cifrx Track is for people aged 16 or over. Calorie and macro outputs are estimates for general wellbeing, not medical advice. If tracking food causes distress or you have a condition affecting dietary needs, stop using automated targets and speak with a qualified professional.
